Frog Walks 2026

Join Us for Frog Walks!

Frog Walks at the Watershed | March 27, April 3 & April 10 | 7:30–9:00 PM
Our popular Frog Walks are hopping back this spring! Join us for a ribbeting evening at the Watershed Nature Center featuring a short, engaging frog and toad presentation, followed by a guided walk through the marsh as we listen for calls and (with a little luck) spot frogs and toads in their natural habitat. These nighttime walks are a favorite for a reason — they sell out quickly and offer a truly special way to experience the Watershed after dark.
Each Frog Walk is limited to just 20 participants, making it an intimate and memorable experience. The program is recommended for ages 7 and up. Tickets are $5 per person and will be sold for individual nights. Ticket sales are not open yet, but details will be shared soon. We recommend keeping an eye out and grabbing your spot early — these evenings fill up fast!

Please, check our calendar regularly for programming that supports our citizen science initiative! Currently, our efforts will focus on three subjects: FrogsBirds, and the Night Sky. Programming for Frogs will be available in Spring, Bird Programming will be offered during peak migration seasons, and Night Sky Programs will be held once each season.
